 We are a third generation stone masonry family, with over 40 years of personal experience. Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. We provide complete turn key hardscape installations from design to your enjoyment, or simply hardscape installation based upon your design. We do retaining walls, free standing walls, steps, patios, walkways, veneer, firepits, and anything outdoor living. Our owner Steve was raised working in the masonry field, learning the trade from his father. Starting at a very young age he would tend for his father during the summer months, and continued the trade as an adult working alongside his father for many years. Steve eventually started Vermont Stonework in 1999, as a single entrepreneur, growing over the years into a well recognized local business with 10-12 employees currently.
